My passion is self-worth. Until my dying day I will be telling anyone who will listen that they are worthy of the world, and they deserve every damn thing that they want. It’s not said enough or heard enough and I’m willing to take on sole responsibility of making sure that changes (dramatic but true, obvs).

I'm an accredited Life Coach and completed my training with Mindful Talent Academy. I specialise in Self-Worth, Self-Development and confidence coaching, working as an individual coach. I offer various life coaching programmes and packages with a free 45-minute discovery call for anyone who's interested in self-improvement.

I'm an experienced Marketing Consultant with over 10 years experience in a range of areas. I specialise in marketing strategy with extensive knowledge of all digital channels.

I'm qualified in Level 2 Certificate in Self-harm and Suicide Prevention and am studying my Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Mental Health First Aid and Mental Health Advocacy in the Workplace.

I'm obsessed with self-improvement and first dipped my toe into the world of self-development from the young age of 17. I consistently work with a coach to ensure I'm always actively working on myself and I've recently completed an introductory course in Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching.
