SELF-WORTH

Self-worth is the inner sense of feeling deserving, belonging and being good enough. It's a measurement of how much we love, value and respect ourselves.

 

We often turn to external sources to measure our self-worth. Things like money, success, appearance and intelligence are used to give the illusion of feeling less or more worthy.

However, self-worth is an inside job. It's a feeling personal to an individual and they decide how worthy they feel, regardless of external factors or the opinions of others.
