A series of 5 deep dive sessions designed to give you deeper awareness and understanding of how and where your self-worth story is holding you back.

 

These are a great way to kick start transformation and help you to get clear on what's not working for you so you can start moving towards what you DO want. These 90 minute sessions are a juicy, condensed and simplified adaptation of my Worthy AF programme. They've been born from my own experiences, journey and success of my clients. 

 

We dive in at the deep end and we focus on the most common issues that limit self-worth. They're designed to help kick start your transformational journey and light a fire in that belly of yours.

Perfect as one-off sessions OR for maximum level the F up results, even better completed as a series. They're are all about awareness and insight rather than full coaching support - perfect for my babes who prefer more flexible and independent learning.

We're going to figure out how you've been holding yourself back. This is the first stage of making massive change.

Once you know how you've been holding yourself back, we look at why and all the little ways this shows up in your life. 

Clarity

Once we know how, why and all the ways you've been holding yourself back, we get to figure out a new way of doing things to take you in a new direction. 

wtf does it involve?

  • A series of 90 minute 1:1 coaching sessions

  • The initial assessment session is mandatory

  • Pick & choose sessions that feel most relevant to you

  • Homework and tasks to take away

  • Suggested reading and book recommendations

  • Recording of your session to revisit 

  • An extra bonus session when you invest in the series
